It's a file like any other, eg. server.properties.

Note that you only have a paper.yml if your server is running paper as server software.

According to your log you never tried to generate a new world.

Does the issue persist if you reinstall the server?

Do you play with any mods or plugins?

Try deleting their player files: Delete someones playerfile

As first, I'm surprised that your friend playing on a PS4 is able to join at all. Normally console players can't join custom servers due to licensing/terms regulations.

I don't really know why that problem appears, you might have more luck asking on the Geyser discord/forum

The resource pack files are in a sub-folder of the resource pack while they have to be located in the root level of the zip archive

You can find the configuration files of mods in the config folder.

Try removing ae2wtlib

Try erasing the motd on the options page.

If the issue persists provide your servers address.

If everyone would create a thread for a mod suggestion that got denied because our suggest page says that it is no popular enough it wouldn't even make sense to have the suggest page at all.

When the suggest page says that we can not add a mod, then we can't add it.

Versuche mal die mod dungeontactics zu entfernen.
