You can download your worlds on the worlds page.
We can not provide a a full server folder due to a) legal/copyright reasons and b) the way our system stores and works with your data. We don't have a "normal folder" which contains the server as you would have on your pc.

We can not fix this., we'll remove the mod.

I would like to ask if it is possible to make the servers be online 24/7
This is not possible for a free service.
this is because I run a server and I keep on disconnecting when im online because of the server time running out.
Your server gets only stopped from our side if no one is playing on it. Check your server log etc. to find out why your server really stops.
I also want to know if you can make the idle timeout stop as I also keep on disconnecting every 10 mins because of this.
We need this in order to stop servers which are not used. If we don't stop these servers we would waste many many resources and the queue would be much longer.
lso please add a feature to upload your own plugins to the system because someone might of paid for a plugin or downloaded one that they want to have on their server as its not on aternos and then we cant.
We already answered multiple times why don't allow our users direct file access or upload of custom plugins

The host system your server was running on crashed due to a hardware failure, that was the reason why your server crashed and why the progress got lost.

Please share your server log using the share button on the log page after your server gets stopped.

The server started fine in that log, also someone joined it.
