If they save it inside the world it'll be included. If not, then they'll be not included in the downloaded world.

I'd say you installed multiple mods with their wrong version your srever.
Please share the server log and the client log

If you don't have mods installed you shouldn't lose anything. Make a backup beforehand.
What is the address of the server in question?
Make sure you have the correct modloader installed.

The error message "mismatched mod channel list" tells you that the installed collection of mods is not the same on the server and the players' computer.
You have to make sure that the installed mods are the same on both. (Out of server-side/client-side only mods)
It is not enough to simply have the same mods installed, they must also be installed in the exact same version. Likewise, the version of the mod loader (Fabric/Forge) must be identical.
We don't develop the plugins.
Make sure you have the same mods installed on client and server.
If that's the case try deleting the config folder on client and server while both are not running
Client crash appears to be related to the mod chisel, try removing it.
