What software is installed on your server?

You're using a 1.13 world on a 1.12 server. This is not possible.
If you want to play with that world you have to use 1.13 or newer.
If you want to play with 1.12 you have to create a new world.

According to our statistics, we are bigger than ever.
Even if it sounds hard, but if nobody wants to play on your server, it's not necessarily up to us.

Is cracked mode enabled on your server? If yes, the uuid's used on your server are not the same.

Do you have any plugins or mods installed?
Did you upload a world before this happened.

You can not use 1.13 or newer worlds on 1.12 or older.

Each file is named like the players uuid.

You could try to delete your servers playerdata. If this does not help you probably need start with a new world.
