Probably because you're missing dependencies or your mods are incompatible.

Go to https://aternos.org/log and share your log to mclo.gs. There you can find suggestions to fix the most common errors.

If you did not enable the backup feature there is no way to recover your world.

Depending on the plugins you may need to use /unban-ip

Also make sure that you use the right ip

Please give us more information. What software do you use? Did you already check the server log?

You can also share the server log with us using the share button on the log page.

Your server cashes as soon as someone joins, so it is probably or problem with your plugins or the world.

However the crash report does not really give information about the root cause.

You can try to switch your server to vanilla and check if you have the same problem there. If the problem persists with vanilla you've probably a broken world.

Otherwise it might be a plugin problem.
