Can I add skript on spigot/bukkit versions and would be it added on 100%. That would be for me enough requesting from Roman
As I already told you: Reuploading plugins from other sources is not allowed on spigot/bukkit. We won't add it either.

I wouldn't say never. But there are currently no plans to support this.
