What is your Aternos username and which mod did you try to install?

Go to the log page and share your log to mclo.gs.
Follow the suggestions there and try to fix all of the errors in your server.

as we know each server have a server page, but nothing can do on that page, since that should developer add a "open server" button on that page? So that other player or owner friends can help him open server with a access to the panel (but first maybe need owner to give them permisson the open server in account)
We already have feature which solves such problems in development. However we don't know yet when we'll release this.

For example, the .mp3 files are for the musical plugins, such as JukeBox.

Or file .jpg or .png, for plugins / mods that for skins or holograms necessarily need images that have been placed inside a specific folder.
The use case for such files is very very small. So the effort to develop and maintain a upload feature would probably higher than the benefit.
