Can somebody help me, I don't know how to add BuycraftX.jar to my server.

You started your minecraft server once with 1.13. You can not switch back to 1.12 or older if you started your server once with 1.13

We found a problem in our crash detection system which does not save when your server crashed or was stopped with /stop.
The problem is hopefully fixed by now.
