You see, me and my friend wanna on your guys minecraft servers, but every time we add a mod and start the server, it takes a century starting, then proceeds to go offline so now we cant play a modded server anymore and it really bums me out, if you could helps us out we would be really nice!
Check the server log. Your choosed mods might be incompatible or you're missing some dependencies.

Měl bych mít otázku. prosím restartujte WorldEdit? Potřebuji server na 1.13.1 a nemohu, protože WorldEdit a WorldBoard nejsou v 1.13.1

I assume you tried to start your server with 1.13
You can not switch back to 1.12 after your server once with 1.13

What could cause this?
A bug in the mod itself

Log looks fine.
Maybe it is a bug with one of the mods you're using.
You can try to remove mod by mod and see when it is working again.

1) How to write a (good) plugin/modpack/mod request
2) We can only add mods to our modlist which are hosted on curseforge.com
3) We have PixelmonGenerations and Pixelmon Reforged in available, but not in the mods section. You can install them in the modpack section. (As they are not available on curseforge.com)

You have to install the same mods with their same version on your client and on your server
Also make sure that you load the right profile when you start minecraft
