Please try to download your world while your server is offline.

Please move a bit around, sometimes the spawn area is still the default biome.

If you switch to a newer minecraft version minecraft automatically converts the world to the new format. However if you switch back to an old version minecraft can not convert your world back.

You have to deal with that problem and give yourself the items back with /give or you restore a backup if you have one.

1.13 is very bad in performance.

As I said, if you started your server once with 1.13 you can not switch back to 1.12.2

Which plugins are installed on your server?

What did you change before that problem started?

Please check your DM's

Cauldron is outdated and abandoned.

If you already recovered a backup you can not switch back to the original state

Your world will only get cleared if the new software is not compatible with the existing world.

You can download your world, switch the software and upload the map again.

However you may experience problems with the new software then.

Are you sure the world you uploaded is compatible with your server version?

We can not update plugins, only the plugin creator can.

Please check the console for error messages.

Go to the worlds page, click on generate.

Type "OTG" into the world type field, then click generate again.

Please note that your currently world will be deleted then

Sponge has a completely different plugin system, therefore bukkit / spigot plugins won't work on sponge servers.

Because of this the number of users who would use sponge is very low.

Maybe we'll add this in future, but there are currently no plans to do that in near future.

It's not only adding a new software, we also need to integrate the ore api in order to make plugin downloads from the sponge ore index possible.
