You can not delete this world as this is the default one.

However you could try to regenerate it with multi worlds commands or using the generate buttons on the world page.

Afaik you need a chat plugin in order to get prefixes working.

So if this is a issue caused by bukkit/spigot there is not really a way to fix that on our side.

We had some issues with our storage system yesterday.

Your server should save again.

1.13 server lag.

If you recover a backup which has been made on 27.07.2018 your server will be rolled back to that state.

If your server switches from loading to offline it might be an issue on our side our your server is too big.

However if your server is only 215mb you're affected by an small outage of our system.

We are currently moving to a new storage system to solve these issues so that they do not happen again in future.
