Each modpack released on Aternos is tested multiple times.
Also each update gets tested.
Most modpack problems are caused by corupted worlds or bugs in mods. That's a thing which we can not really fix.

It's an Syntax error in your config of GuiShop. The error describes what is wrong.
And what is your exact problem with PowerRanks now?

Are you sure that your server is shown as online while you try to connect to the server?
Do you also have the modpack installed on your client?

Please try to enter /fml confirm while your server starts. You may have to do that multiple times.

There were problems with the data storage your server is saved on.
Just try to start your server again later.
We are currently doing some upgrades to our file storage structure to solve these issues for a long term.

From your description it looks like a problem with the modpack itself, however you're the only one who has this problem with this pack.
