We identified the issue with the world upload. Only a bunch of users are affected by this problem.
Unfortunately fixing this problem is a bigger task and we don't know yet when it is fixed.
In the meantime you can try to upload the map and let the process finish. Then wait 30min/1h, with a bit luck your world is there.

Please note that you have to install the same version of the modpack on your client as on your server.

Please make sure that you are using the same version of the mod as on the server.
Also note that there are multiple versions of pixelmon available on Aternos. So if you use the mod from the mods section click you have to download the single mod from http://pixelmongenerations.com/ and isntall it together with forge.
Do not use technic launcher etc.
