In your case the storage server which your data is located is causing some trouble.
Just try again later to start your server.
We are already moving to a complete new storage solution to avoid such problems in future.

The Backup feature saves the complete server including plugins and internal data which is relevant for the Aternos system. To save that data we use the google app data feature which allows us to save your server data in your google drive storage without your access.
This is needed due to multiple different reasons, copyright etc.
The download feature downloads only the world onto your computer.
I just tested it in your account and it worked fine. Which browser do you use?

We identified the issue with the world upload. Only a bunch of users are affected by this problem.
Unfortunately fixing this problem is a bigger task and we don't know yet when it is fixed.
In the meantime you can try to upload the map and let the process finish. Then wait 30min/1h, with a bit luck your world is there.

One of our core concepts is that servers which are in use stay online and servers which are empty get stopped to free the resources for other users.
