I already get the gist that this site doesn't do that, but why? Also, the plugin IS bukkit.org (just the specific one I want is a drpobox link, but I'll take a different version on the site at this point).
Our system uses API's to automatically fetch the information about plugins and to download them.
The upload of plugins is currently not allowed due to security reasons.
Again, why doesn't this site accept old plugins? I want an explanation, as it seems pretty dumb to me
Probably because they do not work on newer versions. (And some other reasons)

Just use 1.8.8.
1.8.8 and 1.8.9 are compatible and also all plugins for 1.8.9 should work on 1.8.8 and vice versa.

The plugin: limitedworldedit does work automatically limiting w.e. to regions by worldguard but it has a limit of 100 blocks and there was no way we could change it - tried everything.
Why don't you create multiple regions?
If I remember correctly a year ago the limit was 100 MB but I found a thread where someone said it's 200 MB now , is it true?
We raised it to 200 MB some time ago.
How many worlds can we have at the same time (multiverse) and what is their maximum size allowed please?
You can have as much worlds as you want.
There is also no size limit. (However we'll add a limit soon as we're currently working on a new storage system, but we don't know details yet)
Is there any way to pay for the service to allow us to have a bit larger world size?
We are 100% free, you can not pay for anything.

And !.5 GB might be enough for a single player game but for a server it's too low
Servers require less ram than single player.
So.. I just recommend 3GB for servers like this...
Since we are 100% free service, it is not possible to get more ram. We have limited resources and we want to ensure that these resources are used optimally.

Just have a look at the mod page:

Normally your server is in online mode.
As soon as you enable cracked on https://aternos.org/options your server will be set to offline mode.
To put your server in online mode again just disable cracked on the options page.

We don't know why you get this error.
The best way to get this fixed is to ask the MCEdit support staff.
