MCEdit is not compatible with 1.13 worlds yet.

Also snapshots aren't full tested releases of minecraft. They contain bugs and may brake your world.

Also it might cause other problems, especially with the compatibility to other versions.

If you don't have a backup, I assume you have to deal with the problem. I don't have a fix for now.

Also wenn es bei deinem Freund geht, dann hat es ja irgendwas mit deinem Spieler zu tun.

Versuche doch mal das Pack auf deinem Rechner neuzuinstallieren.

Sollte das nicht gehen versuche mal die Playerdata aus deiner Welt zu löschen.

You could try to download the map and edit it with a tool like mcedit.

With mcedit you should be able to find the command block again.

You can only install one mod or one modpack.

You can not mix them up.

You could try to shrink the size of the world using a tool like mcedit
