can I switch the snapshot world to the update world without crashing anything or ruining the server?
I don't know. I can't predict the future.
Anyway you should download the world regularly to be on the safe side.

It seems to be a problem with the modpack. We are not really able to fix it as the twitch launcher is also not able get the pack running.

I understand the problem you're facing.
Unfortunately I don't have a real solution as the 200MB Limit is not really set by us. 200Mb Limit is set by our web security provider and we are not able to raise it. -

Download the map
Start it in single player
Upload the map again
