We can not add paid plugins

You can delete it on your own using the bin icon on the right site.

Just to reconsider:
Your friend is not able to join your server.
He get's the message that he times out. The log does not show any information.
Does your friend live in the USA?

I just hat a look into your server and found the plugin.

Make sure that you click on save after editng a file.
