You have to install forge first, then you have to put the mod into the mods folder which is located in the .minecraft folder.

We run a colocation in a datacenter in frankfurt, germany with over 100 servers.
Currently we have servers with more than 3 TB of RAM just for running minecraft servers.
And this is constantly growing.

We already do as much as possible.

24/7 servers are just not doable for free. Running a server with 0 players is wasting resources and from our perspective absolutely unefficient.

Make sure to remove the mywarp folder and the mywarp jar file.
If you don't delete the jar file the folder is regenerated on each server start.
