Permissions can be managed with a Permission plugin like permissionsex.

Do a right click of the world folder you've joined in Single Player and choose send to -> zip folder

We are already working on a improved file browser.
Meanwhile you can just create a new file and copy the content.

This is a known problem when your server has cracked enabled.

Did you check the console? Maybe your have to enter /fml confirm into the console?
Also it could be just a temporary problem.

The log looks fine to me.
Try to download the map, reinstall the server and upload the map again.

Try to join the map in single player once and upload it again.
Also you can try to remove the playerdata.
