Seems that you are affected by some file server issues. Sorry for the inconvenience

If you use a permission system you have to configure it, otherwise you don't have any rights.
Just watch a tutorial on youtube to find out how to configure bPermissions.

The best way is that you watch a video about pex which shows you how it works.
Then you'll be able to fix that on your own

Adding such a feature is not very easy as we save your servers in a very special manner which is not compatible with other systems.
In addition there could be problems with the copyright of plugins or mods.

Changing the version from bukkit to spigot does not delete anything.

Accessing the files in the config folder is currently not possible

Due to security reasons we only add content from their official sources.
