Try generating a new world. If you want to keep your world you have to wait until Mojang provides a new release with a fix.

AFAIK this is not possible.

Google Drive does not support direct downloads, therefore you can't use it for server resource packs.

Das kann ich so nicht bestätigen. Der Server wurde wegen Inaktivität nach 3 Monaten gelöscht.
Sofern du damals Backups genutzt hast kannst du den selben Backups account mit einem neuen Server verbinden und wiederherstellen. Ansonsten kann man nichts machen.
