Du musst das Plugin natürlich erst konfigurieren und den jeweiligen Usern/Gruppen die jeweiligen Rechte geben.

KnockbackFFA ist gar nicht auf deinem Server installiert.
Andere Plugins konnte ich ohne Probleme bei dir löschen.
Für PEX siehst du dir am besten ein Tutorial vorher an.
