Maybe you reinstalled the server, just set it to cracked again.
Also check the console for errors to find out why your server stucks on starting.

Damit die Plugin-Ordner erstellt werden solltest du auch die Plugins installieren.
Habe von den vier Plugins welche du genannt hattest nur Admin Powertools auf deinem Server gefunden. -
Tekkti classic uses minecraft version 1.2.5 which does not support srv records.
SRV records are needed to support the normal ip. -
