What exactly does not work?
Aren't you able to login/register?
Does the plugin not load? What exactly happens?
You could have a look into your console, maybe there are some error messages.

I had a look into your server and found the issue:
Your motd messed up the server.properties file. That's why some internal functions did not work properly.
I cleared the motd of your server an now it's working

What message do you get when you are kicked?
Is there any information in your log, maybe you can share it with us.

Groupmanager gibt es nicht als einzelnes Plugin auf dev.bukkit.org or spigotmc.org .
Alternativ könntest du PermissionsEx verwenden, dieses ist bereits auf Aternos verfügbar.

Vielleicht ist dies irgendwann mal möglich.
