When your server requires you to enter /fml confirm you world needs to be adjusted. This often happens after an update of the modpack.
Maybe you have to do this multiple times, or just start your server again.

Du kannst natürlich gerne dein Plugin auf spigotmc.org oder dev.bukkit.org veröffentlichen, Ggf. fügen wir es dann hinzu.

Hast du einen Blick in die Konsole geworfen? Vielleicht ist dort eine Fehlermeldung zu sehen.
Hast du es mehrmals und zu verschiedenen Zeiten probiert? Könnte nämlich ggf. auf einen temporären Fehler bei den Mojang Servern hindeuten.

Hast du schon einmal einen Blick in die Konsole geworfen?

Auf den Servern gibt es eine Spawn Protection.
Entferne dich ein paar Blöcke vom Spawn, dort solltest du abbauen können.
