You can, just type /fml confirm into the console
Run the command /fml confirm or or /fml cancel to proceed.
As shown in the error message.

I don't really understand what your problem is.
because the modpack seems to be updating faster than the world gets updated.
This does not make really sense. Maps are not required to be updated after a modpack has been updated. And if so, then this happens automatically in the normal case by the mods at the next start.

As far as i know PowerRank is no permission plugin. It just gives you the ability to put users in specific groups based on their McMMO Level.
A real permission system would be PermissionEx. -

This has nothing to do with the bandwidth (Out of the case that your connection is bad)
lack of servers
This is not that easy. Creating a game server for 0ver 100 players is very difficult.
As you maybe noticed, game servers of networks are mostly designed for 15 to 20 players and not for 100. And if it's really a server with a big player count, then the game is usually very low.
We try our best to create a good game experience for you, but as you know: We're people who run a free Minecraft server hoster and not a Minecraft mini game network.Not to mention the point of the people who've been waiting for 2+ hours just to be continuously bumped behind because someone got a key.
The number of players using a headstart is so low that they are not worth mentioning.

Please note: After you have installed a plugin you have to start your server first to generate the config files. -

problem with mineresetlite it says too many mines matched
