Maybe there's some sort of scheduling plugin available that allows you to execute "/stop" at a certain time.

Aternos only stores the log of the last session.

Plugins usually have some sort of documentation or wiki that explains how to use the plugin.
The website of a plugin might also have that information.

Looks like the installed version of Shopkeepers is not compatible with your Minecraft server version (or just with Mohist)
Looks like you have mods installed on your computer that are missing on the server.
Does the server actually crash?
If you want to keep that mod, you probably need to contact the mod creator and ask for help in this case.
That log appears to be incomplete. Make sure that you actually share the log after the server crashed and turned offline

I just joined your server and Minecraft didn't download any resource pack.
If you still have this resource pack, it's probably coming from your client. Check the resource pack settings in your Minecraft settings.
Unfortunately, if the suggest page says that we can not add the modpack, then we can't add it.
