To answer your questions more explicit:

• FTP-Access is not compatible with our dynamic system and users could upload plugins and server files which are able bypass our system. Normally the features that aternos provides are enough for private use.
• It seems that you don't know how the public DNS-System works and I also don't want to explain it, so just no it is not possible.
• Every server which is empty or is not used needs RAM which cant be used for servers which are currently used or want to start.
• More Slots -> More RAM...

• Aternos is a service which provides free minecraft servers for private use. It is not our intention to provide a hosting platform for big servers, server networks and all other kind of public servers.

If you want to create a public server, go to a paid hoster.
