We answered that multiple times here on the forums already.

In short:

The way how mod packs are implemented at Aternos / how they work in our system does not allow that.

To allow configuration file changes we would need to change that system and rewrite it completely.

The effort required is just much bigger than the benefit.

.jar files are not meant to be edited, even if it's possible.

Therefore we won't support it.

I can't reproduce the issue. It downloads without any issue for me.

Du kannst Forge auf deinem Server installieren und dann die jeweiligen Mods.
