Please make sure that your server is offline

Those are mods. Spigot is made for plugins

You'll probably have more luck on the origins discord

Switch to paper and set experience-merge-max-value to 1 in the paper.yml.

You may have to start your server once after switching to paper to generate the paper.yml

Try to remove the mod mcwroofs

If they only delete the nether dimension you should not loose your levels/inventory.

But I recommend creating a backup.
