• Find out the used uuid of the old account and the uuid of the new account
• Download the world
• Rename playerdata/olduuid.dat to playerdata/newuuid.dat
• Upload the world again.

You can adjust the render distance a bit in the server.properties on the files page.

Providing multiple locations causes very high financial expenditures.

Therefore there are currently no plans to provide this.
