Spigot is derivative of Bukkit.
Paper is a derivative of Spigot.
All bukkit plugins work on Spigot and Paper.
The /Bukkit note on the software page for Spigot and Paper was added to make that clear.

You probably don't have the same collection of mods installed on your server and the computer

Remove the mod Silent Gear and Silent Lib.
Both are made for 1.16.3 and your server is running on 1.16.5.
Your mod list contains some further mods that are not made for 1.16.5

Ich weiß ehrlich gesagt nicht was ich jetzt schreiben soll.
Ich hab eben extra nochmal nachgesehen was der bot dir geschrieben hat. Am besten du liest einfach nochmal.

Remove the mods one by one from your server.
Every time you remove a mod from your server, you need to restart it, then check if the problem still occurs.
If the problem doesn't occur anymore, know that it was probably due to the modification you last removed.

There's no hint what makes that mod crash.

I just checked your server and there were nether and end worlds on the worlds page

If it kicks you Minecraft probably does not count that as activity.

You can't add mods that are not added to our mod library.
