We always provide the latest stable version.
Our system is currently unable to support multiple versions of modpacks. To get this implemented we need a major overhaul of our modpack system which is more work than the benefit.

Naja, das kann schon ein Zeichen dafür sein das Pocketmine das einfach nicht implementiert hat.
Leider gibt es keine gepflegte Liste mit Sachen die PM nicht unterstützt. Aber vielleicht kann dir da jemand auf z.b. dem Pocketmine Discord bessere auskunft geben.

The version of uteamcore is different on client and server
Here it says that you installed mods on your computer that are not installed on the server. Most of them are client side.
Check uteamcore first, if it's still not working check the missing mods if they are really client only
