Right now we only offer the latest and recommended build of each forge version(with some exceptions).
In most cases mods don't need that specific version, they just need a newer one.

But tbh, 23k Downloads in ~5 weeks and just 6 ratings while 3 of them are from you doesn't look really legit

This has already been discussed multiple times in the past. Due to the way how modpacks are implemented at Aternos, this is not possible.
