Also, does it delete items a player has placed down? Or just their location achievements inventory etc
No, it does not delete and blocks / buildings etc.
You'll probably have more luck if you ask on the origins discord/forums for help. They probably know the mod better and know what's going on.
Unfortunately there also no helpful information in the client log.
Remove the mods one by one from your server.
Every time you remove a mod from your server, you need to restart it, then check if the problem still occurs.
If the problem doesn't occur anymore, know that it was probably due to the modification you last removed.

What you're talking about is something like an audit log.
While from a development point of view this should be easy to implement it requires a rather huge effort to create and operate the storage system for that. Also from a financial point of view.
There are millions of actions users do on our website every day. I don't really think that the benefit justifies the required effort.
In addition, you should not give anyone access to your server if you can't trust them.
Then there is some other type of incompatibility between the server and the world.
Where is the world from?
Which version was it generated on?
Did it work in SP?
Which software and version is installed on the server?
Did you upload it as the main world or as an additional world with e.g. Multiverse?
If your game crashes you should share your client log. You can find it in your .minecraft/logs directory
There is no specific download count. There are many properties we take into consideration when adding plugins.
In Minehut, you can join a server by starting it in the lobby so you can do it whenever you want. Aternos should add this. It would be a good addition and would make server starting much easier.
Yes, that's a nice feature - but it does not work with the way how Aternos works.
We would lose the ability for modpacks, custom modding, different softwares, different versions etc. and much more stuff that's possible on Aternos but not on Minehut.

That log does not show any connection attempt.

If you know that it's related to an item in your inventory you can try resetting your playerfile: Delete someones playerfile
Make sure to create a backup before.
If you already installed the mods on your computer make sure that you start Minecraft with the right profile and that is forge installed on your computer aswell
