What's stopping you from doing that?

Make sure that you delete the folder (That item with the folder icon in front of it) and the plugin itself (That item with the file icon in front of it and with the ".jar" at the end of the filename)

Plugins must be directly downloadable from SpigotMC.

That Geyser-spigot.jar is a plugin. I did some research on it and it replaces GeyserMC with a few extra things like working smithing tables UI.
This is already what is installed on your server when you load the Geyser plugin on our website.

Your Ingame nickname is probably longer than 16 characters.

Does the problem persist if you try to connect using the DynIP?
If yes, share the client log again after you've tried it with the DynIP.

If you're on paper try setting experience-merge-max-value in paper.yml
Note that a restart is required when changing that value.
