If the suggest page tells you that we can't add a plugin then we can't add it.

Because people change settings that our system relies on.

One example is the port.

You're mixing up your servers or you're looking for servers where they never were.

In general, if a server was not in use for > 3 months is pending deletion.

If the server is gone it was definitely not in use within the last 3 months. If it's still there it was in use within the last three months.

In general if the server is deleted the only way to get it back is through backups, if you don't have one there is nothing we can do.
