Do you lose player related data at each restart or just once?

What is the address of the server in question?

Which software / version? Any plugins or mods installed?

We identified that issue yesterday and already fixed it.

It should not happen again that your server does not start again

Unfortunately there is no error message or crash. The server is just stuck when loading aoa3.

Maybe they are just not compatible with each other.

Apart from the fact that this site probably does not meet our requirements, it does not look very trustworthy to me.
