What exactly happens when you step in to the portal? Does the server crash?
If so, please share your log using the share button on the log page-

There's no tool or sth. like that to update a datapack.
The creator of the datapack has to update it.

You can.
But it's still against our tos.

Mods that change world generation usually need a special level-type or generator settings set.
Ask the mod creator which settings are required. You can configure them on the worlds page.

Afaik there's no way to fix that for Bedrock worlds.
The only way would be to cheat the items.

The error message "fatally missing registry entries" typically appears when the installed mods on the player's computer do not match the installed mods on the server.
For modded servers, players must have the exact same mod collection installed on their computer as the server.
It is important that the version of the installed mods is identical as well as the version of Forge itself!
If you have so called client-only or server-only mods installed, it may help to temporarily remove them.

If the result is that it’s too heavy for Aternos we can’t really change that.

You installed the same mod multiple times.

Mods and modpacks are different things.
You looked for it in the mods section.
Modpacks are available on the software page.

One of them, probably in combination with your progress, causes this issue.
Remove them one by one.
