The crash message does not really provide information about the mod which causes the problem.
I can only recommend to try to remove mod by mod and check when the problem is gone.

We have tried sharing it and it didnt work i woke up a few minutes ago and retried but no luck.
What happens when you try to do so?

Looks like the server is overloaded and takes too long to start.
