Afaik sendCommandFeedback only affects replies from the server after executing a command and logAdminCommands only applies to logging such commands.
Are the other players OP`s? Normally only other OPs can see which commands get executed

You can find the log on the logs page.
The log contains information about events on the server and error messages etc.

You can find it in the logs sub-directory of your .minecraft folder.

Do they spawn and you can't kill them or do they not even spawn?

I assume you use Tlauncher. Try a newer or older version of the launcher. Also using another launcher might help.

Your server has to be running on Aternos.

No, you're either on java edition (bukkit, spigot, vanilla etc.) or bedrock (bedrock, pocketmine)
