We have so many things on our list and the number of users who benefit from that / even wanted that feature is rather low.

I would recommend you to remove plugin by plugin and test each time when you removed one.

Not sure what paragraph signs are- to color signs we just use dye like in Vanilla Minecraft.

If you still get the same error message then the server has still not cracked enabled or it's a TLauncher bug.

They switched the format for the server pack files to their new format which is not supported by us.
I removed the pack

It's not recommended to reload in general, restart instead.
