What exactly does that mean?
Does the server crash or does it just disconnect you?
Please share your logs.

If the server starts, and you have problems connecting to it please share your client log.
It's usually located in .minecraft/logs/latest.log

Does the issue persist without the chisel mod?

I see you added the plugins again. So, the problem is probably caused by a bugged plugin.
Remove the plugins one by one from your server.
Every time you remove a plugin from your server, you need to restart it, then check if the problem still occurs.
If the problem doesn't occur anymore, know that it was probably due to the plugin you last removed.
Always be sure to have a backup of your server before changing anything. This video might help you:

However aternos doesnt validate this scenario, throwing us an error saying that the server and the client have different mods, can you please add toro health to your mods list, or at least fix the conflict. thanks a lot
That's not related to Aternos. That's related to Forge / the mod itself.
Can you please share a screenshot of the error you got?

Auf der CF Seite der DCS mod ist keine Angabe zu Abhängigkeiten von der JBRA client mod.
Auf der CF Seite der JBRA client mod wird expliziert erwähnt, dass es sich hierbei um eine Client only mod handelt und diese auf Servern crasht.
