People who don't know what the warning sign on the Backups menu is for also don't know what the files page is for and what to do with it.

People who just ignore the warning sign also ignore a warning message on the files page.

We already did, and decided against.

The error message does not really give an indication what the problem is. It could be related to plugins, the world, overloading or a combination of that.

To troubleshoot that you would probably need to partially remove stuff from your server.

Like, remove some plugins, generate a new world, switch software.

As soon as the problem does not occur anymore you at least know that the problem is related to the part you removed last.

Unknown Host has nothing to do with the world.
