Try to change your DNS settings to DNS servers that are known to work correctly. These are for example the DNS servers of Cloudflare or Google.

Looks like MicDoodle core depends on the galacticraft which is not installed on your server.

Your server host and the restriction we have on plugins is absurd. We need to have a way to upload plugins and not to request them.
Uploading files and FTP access
The plugins we have is not much and over 50% of them are outdated or do not work.
Our plug database is linked with the big hubs like spigotmc.org / dev.bukkit.org (for bukkit) or poggit (for pocketmine).
These are the typical platforms where the plugin creators themself publish their plugins and corresponding updates. Updating plugins is up to the people who create the plugins, not to us. If the plugin creators don't update the plugins on the big hubs it's not really our beer.
