Please try to reinstall your server.

The accounts are pending for termination already after 6 months of innactivity. Just try not to choose a popular IP anyone would use like "diamond" or "minecraft".
This only affects server data, not it's settings or the accounts...

You named your world "Mods" which causes issues.
I renamed it and you should be able to download it now.
