There is no crash in that log.
The server stopped ~1min after the last player left the server

The point is that there are servers running where no one is playing on, the time frame doesn't really matter.
In a time frame of e.g. 24 hours it's equal if there are two servers wasting resources for 12 hours each or 24 servers wasting resources for 1 hour each.

Editing the .jar files is not possible on Aternos

This is already been discussed multiple times, in multiple threads.

Your biggest fear is that people will use FTP to keep servers active 24 hours a day. But there is a solution for that! Force servers to close after a certain time.
Example: "It was detected that an active server at 12hrs then is automatically forced to close regardless of how many people have Online"
This does not solve the problem. We would still waste resources.
Also there are other limitations from our side which could be bypassed.
For security reasons I believe that the SFTP system could be used.
SFTP only secures the transport of files.

The creator of that plugin moved the Download to an external site.
Our system is not able to download the plugin anymore, I removed it from our database.
