Please open a command prompt on your computer and execute the following commands:
"nslookup {your server ip}"
"nslookup lion.aternos.host"
Send me the result as screenshot, it should show the commands you entered and the result

Can you please provide the link of the modpack which you installed on the server?

Bedrock itself does not support Plugins.
You have to switch to the Pocketmine server software in order to use plugins

If the button to install the new software is called reinstall your server will be reinstalled, if it's just called Install everything should stay there.
But we recommend to create a backup, just in case.

This is a known issue with Voxel. Unfortunately we don't know any fix out of playing without Voxel
