Pocketmine unfortunately lacks features.
It does not support mobs, redstone etc.
Also it only has a very basic world generation.

Try to remove some mods.

Okay, I found the issue.
The ATM-Team changed the "format" on how they provide server files. They now have something like a installer script or sth. like this.
I don't understand why the modpack developers (or at least the few big ones) can't agree on a uniform way of providing server files.
90% of the server packs on curseforge work "out of the box" when you download them (you may have to install forge later).
This is also the way our update system works for cf modpacks. But we cannot develop our own update routines for the few other modpacks.
That is the nice thing about platforms like FTB or ATL. They have solutions for this problem, and for these everything works smoothly.
We'll probably remove this pack.
